Nationwide have recently completed and handed over the 62 Bed Bupa Care Home on the former BBC Pebble Mill studio site. The site is located in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham, working with Metnor Construction. This project is a residential care home that provides modern touches and comforts for elderly dementia sufferers and hosts a number of services such as dining areas, family areas, medical/therapy rooms, activity suites, hair salons and even its own cinema!
The package which was worth over 300k consisted of internal doorsets and Ironmongery, screens, kitchens, FF&E and handrailing along with the external pergola and roof gardens.
