This Building, which along with the extensive re-development of the ‘Rock’ Retail Park now dominates the Bury skyline and is filled with materials and finishes of an incredibly high quality specification.
Working under a very tight programme of 12 weeks, we achieved completion with two days to spare and in no small part to out performance on site …, we negotiated two further similar Police H.Q. refurbishments in Rochdale and Hulme.
The Doorsets were 7 foot tall Black American Walnut with matching casings and architraves, these were complemented by brushed steel Ironmongery sets we also supplied and installed Black American Walnut skirting throughout the building.
To complement the large amount of de-mountable partitioning supplied to the main offices, we also encased all the internal support columns with full height circular ‘Pendock’ pipe casings, finishing with a number of internal Kitchen ‘fit-outs’ in the many Social Breakout areas.
