Mansell Build / Balfour Beatty were the Main Contractors appointed to build 2 No. highly controversial new Gypsy/Travellers sites at Winsford and Ellesmere Port and they in turn awarded the Joinery ‘Fit-Out’ to Nationwide Interiors.

This Building, which along with the extensive re-development of the ‘Rock’ Retail Park now dominates the Bury skyline and is filled with materials and finishes of an incredibly high quality specification.
Working under a very tight programme of 12 weeks, we achieved completion with two days to spare and in no small part to out performance on site …, we negotiated two further similar Police H.Q. refurbishments in Rochdale and Hulme.

This facility is a stunning ‘future proof’ 100,000sq ft. BREEAM excellent office development which was designed to meet exacting tenant requirements as well as institutional standards. The building also perform a transformational role within the wider regeneration of Whitehaven.
The development provides a highly secure, flexible, sustainable workplace with the fit out developed to support building users with the transition from existing facilities and ensure an appropriate, comfortable and productive workplace is achieved.

In January 2013, the Ministry of Justice announced that an additional ‘House-block’ would be constructed at HMP ‘The Mount’ Prison, increasing the overall capacity of the gaol. After quite a prolonged bidding process by the winning Main Contractor, Nationwide were delighted to be chosen as the preferred Internal ‘Fit-Out’ Contractor upon the site.

In early 2011, Nationwide Interiors secured a prestigious £300,000 refurbishment project with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. The project brief was to refurbish Stopford House, one of Stockport's most iconic council buildings. Due to the quality of work undertaken and our successful relationship with the client, we were awarded further project phases taking the contract value to over £5,000,000.
